Book a demo
See it on your own records.
Tell us a little about your fleet, whatever its size. We set up a short demo, then a pilot that runs on your own loads, trucks and invoices, one week at a time.
What you type here goes to our form service so we can reply to you. Nothing else is done with it, and no account is created.
Prefer to talk first?
Say so in your message and we will reply to set a time.
Portal login: the customer portal opens with the pilot.
What a pilot looks like
One week at a time, on your records.
Week 0
Import
We set up your trucks, drivers, papers and open invoices with you from the records you already keep, and you see every row before anything is created.
Weeks 1–4
Run one week at a time
Run each week on BAI next to what you do today: dispatch, invoices, driver pay and the week close.
Review
Score it together
Review with the pilot scorecard, measured on your records, with thresholds agreed with you before the pilot starts.
Fit
Who it is for, and who it is not for.
For
- Carriers of any size that run their own trucks: owner-operators, growing fleets, regional carriers and multi-terminal operations.
- Owners and managers who want the numbers: what each load and each truck really made.
- Teams who want the week closed: pay checked, paperwork done, invoices out.
Not for
- Brokers. BAI is built for carriers that run their own trucks.
- Fleets looking for an ELD. BAI is not an ELD and does not replace one.
- Anyone who wants automatic filing. BAI prepares the worksheets; you or your preparer file.
Pilot fleets today are owner-operators and small and growing carriers. A larger fleet starts with a scoped pilot on one terminal or one lane; enterprise-scale performance is not yet verified and we do not claim it.
